These Terms of Service govern your use of caslinpartnerprogram.com, our webinars, training, communications, and the Caslin Partner Program offered by SETH CASLIN LLC. By using the website, registering for a webinar, purchasing the Program, or accessing Program materials, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase or access the Program.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or enroll in the Program. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering, purchasing, or communicating with us.
SETH CASLIN LLC provides education, training, tools, and support through the Caslin Partner Program for adults interested in real estate investing and wholesaling. The Program is designed to help participants research potential opportunities, develop lead-sourcing processes, improve seller conversations, evaluate possible transactions, and present qualifying opportunities to our team for possible funding and transaction support.

The enrollment price for the Caslin Partner Program is a one-time payment of $4,997, unless a different written payment arrangement is presented and accepted at checkout.
You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed and accepted at checkout. Access may begin after payment is successfully processed.
The Program may include access to a private online community currently hosted through Skool. The community may provide training materials, Program announcements, group discussions, Deal War Room information, support, and opportunities for members to collaborate.
Community access is personal, limited to the enrolled participant, and may not be transferred or shared. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
When using the community, you agree to follow these Terms, any community rules posted by SETH CASLIN LLC, and Skool’s Terms and Conditions. SETH CASLIN LLC may moderate discussions and remove content or members that violate these requirements, disrupt the community, threaten others, misuse Program materials, or engage in unlawful conduct.
Skool is an independent third-party platform. Its availability, features, and technical operation are controlled by Skool. SETH CASLIN LLC may change the community platform or delivery method while continuing to provide substantially similar Program access.
Program participants may submit potential real estate opportunities to SETH CASLIN LLC for review. Enrollment gives a participant access to the submission and review process, but it does not guarantee that any particular property, contract, seller opportunity, or proposed transaction will receive funding or be accepted.
SETH CASLIN LLC may consider factors such as property value, condition, title, location, seller circumstances, contract terms, estimated costs, marketability, risk, available capital, and expected profitability. We may accept or decline any opportunity in our discretion.
If SETH CASLIN LLC agrees to fund, purchase, manage, or otherwise participate in a specific transaction, the responsibilities, costs, funding, ownership, and profit calculation for that transaction will be confirmed in the applicable written deal documents.
Where approved and documented for a specific deal, a participant may receive up to 50% of the profit. The exact percentage and the method used to calculate profit depend on the written terms approved for that deal. No profit share is earned until a transaction closes, produces distributable profit, and all applicable deal terms have been satisfied.
The words “partner,” “partnership,” and “Caslin Partner Program” describe the Program’s collaborative business model. Enrolling in the Program by itself does not create a general legal partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, brokerage relationship, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between you and SETH CASLIN LLC.
Any legal relationship concerning a particular real estate transaction exists only as stated in the written documents for that transaction. You may not bind SETH CASLIN LLC, make commitments on our behalf, represent that funding has been approved before written confirmation, or hold yourself out as our employee or authorized agent.
You are responsible for your own conduct and for complying with applicable laws when researching public information, contacting property owners, discussing opportunities, marketing services, handling personal information, or participating in a transaction.

The website, webinars, and Program provide educational and informational material. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or licensed real estate advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals concerning your circumstances and any proposed transaction.
No income, deal, funding, investment, employment, or financial result is guaranteed.
Real estate activity involves uncertainty and risk. Results vary based on effort, skill, call volume, experience, market conditions, available opportunities, property details, financing, costs, timing, and many other factors. Testimonials, examples, and prior results describe individual experiences and are not promises that another participant will achieve the same result.
You are responsible for your own decisions, expenses, actions, and compliance obligations. You should not purchase the Program or pursue a transaction using money you cannot afford to lose.
The website, webinar, Program name, frameworks, training, scripts, research processes, videos, documents, graphics, and other materials provided by SETH CASLIN LLC are owned by or licensed to SETH CASLIN LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
After payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Program materials for your own participation in the Program. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or create a competing product from those materials without written permission.
The website or Program may reference or use third-party payment processors, communication tools, public-record sources, data providers, calendar services, websites, Skool, or other resources. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
If you voluntarily opt in, SETH CASLIN LLC may send recurring marketing and promotional text messages about the Caslin Partner Program, including training announcements, event promotions, special offers, service updates, and follow-up resources.

We may suspend or end access to the website, Program community, or Program materials if a participant fails to pay an agreed amount, shares access without permission, misuses Program materials, engages in fraud or unlawful conduct, threatens others, or materially violates these Terms.
The website, webinars, Program, materials, and support are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SETH CASLIN LLC disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, SETH CASLIN LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from the website, webinar, Program, third-party services, or a participant’s decisions or conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when the current version became effective. Changes apply prospectively after they are posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
